Job Summary

The selected candidate will work on Brainowave’s franchise expansion activities. The role includes handling franchise enquiries, communicating with interested prospects, presenting the Brainowave model, arranging discussions, doing follow-ups, and helping convert qualified leads into franchise partners.

Primary Objective

The main goal of this role is to contribute to business growth by generating, handling, and closing franchise sales in a professional and result-oriented manner while representing Brainowave positively.

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle franchise enquiries received through calls, references, campaigns, or direct leads.
  • Explain Brainowave’s business model, academic structure, and franchise benefits to prospects.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with interested franchise candidates.
  • Arrange meetings, discussions, presentations, and business briefings.
  • Identify serious prospects and move them toward final discussion and closure.
  • Maintain lead records, status updates, and communication history professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal team for documentation, support, and onboarding assistance.
  • Work toward assigned monthly or cycle-based franchise sales target.
